This is an appeal from a summary judgment granted the defendant in a personal injury suit filed under the uninsured motorists provision of an insurance policy.

John and Maria Alonso 1 (appellants) were married in December 1973. Mrs. Al-onso purchased automobile insurance with Northern County Mutual Insurance Company (Northern or appellee) in July 1974. Approximately two months later, she signed a Form 119 exclusion to her existing automobile insurance policy.
