DAVIDSON, Presiding Judge.
Appellant was convicted of the murder of Zella Faulk. Appellant made a confession in writing while under arrest which he contends, in a bill of exceptions, should not have been admitted because not in compliance with the statute. We have examined the confession and can not agree with appellant’s contention. We hold, therefore, there was no error in admitting this confession.
The confession states fairly well the facts of the case as proved by the witnesses as to most of the incidents in connection with the homicide and matters leading to it. It appears from the…
