Appellant, a Delaware corporation, is a public service radiotelegraph carrier which has repeatedly been licensed by the Federal Communications Commission. It furnishes to the public point-to-point service within the United States, ship-to-shore service, and direct service to four countries in Europe and five in South America. It is a unit in the system of the Mackay Companies, sometimes called the International System.
