Justice MOORE:

Respondent/petitioner Patricia Fici (Buyer) brought this action against petitioners/respondents Karol Koon and Kerry Koon Stack (Sellers) seeking specific performance of a contract for the sale of land. The master-in-equity found the contract violated the Statute of Frauds and was therefore unenforceable; he also denied Sellers’ motion for attorney’s fees. Both parties appealed. The Court of Appeals affirmed in an unpublished opinion. We affirm in part and reverse in part.
