Graves, J.:

This action was brought by the defendant in error against T. B. Sweet, George M. Noble, and E. M, Shelden, president, vice-president, and treasurer, *48respectively, of the Trust Company of America, with the purpose of holding them personally responsible for the conversion of the proceeds of a collection made by the corporation of which they were the principal officers. Judgment was recovered against Sweet alone, and he brings the case here.
