ADS Construction, Inc. v. Bacon Construction Co.

This matter came before the Court on October 5, 2012, for a hearing on the demurrer filed by Defendant Westfield Insurance Co. The Court took the demurrer under advisement and now finds as follows.

Defendant Bacon Construction Co. (Bacon) was hired by H & M Hennes & Mauritz, L.P., the lessee of commercial property in Sterling, to serve as the general contractor to perform construction services at the property.
