Claimant Walter Preslar appeals the District Court’s final judgment denying his summary judgment motion and granting summary judgment in favor of the defendant (“Secretary”). The District Court’s judgment affirmed the Secretary’s denial of Pres-lar’s application for Social Security Disability Insurance Benefits.
