MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER Plaintiff Jenna Ferris (“Ferris”) has sued Kimberly Hollister (“Hollister”) for breach of contract related to an audiology business gone awry. Hollister has moved to dismiss on several grounds: defective service, lack of subject matter and personal jurisdiction, and failure to state a claim.
