delivered the opinion of the court:

Plaintiff appeals from an order which vacated a former order denying defendants’ post-trial motion. The plaintiff contends that because the appealed order was entered more than 30 days after the denial of defendants’ post-trial motion, the circuit court was without jurisdiction. Defendants counter that because the plaintiffs post-trial motion seeking a new trial is still pending, this appeal should be dismissed for lack of a final, appealable order.
