George Cameron was indicted in four counts for flogging. He was acquitted on counts 1 and 4, charging the flogging of E. L. Kammage and James W. Wilkes, and was convicted on counts 2 and 3 charging the flogging of D. M. Harper and W. H. Abies. To the overruling of his motion for new trial the defendant excepted.
