In this proceeding, the family court judge found that a company jointly owned by the parties, the Hunter Company, was valued at $8,927,957.00 as of the date of separation of the parties and that the company had only enterprise goodwill. The family court awarded Mrs. Wilson $4,914,582,50 as her equitable share of the Hunter Company. The circuit court reversed the family court rulings and determined that the Hunter Company had a negative value of $2,196,915.00 and that the company had only personal goodwill.
