This litigation arose by complaint filed by the First National Bank in Blytheville against The American Insurers’ Life Insurance Company and also Mrs. Gladys Gill, executrix of the estate of H. Noble Gill, deceased. There were answers, cross-complaints, and interventions by various parties; and a great mass of evidence and exhibits were offered in the trial in the Chancery Court, so that the record now before us is voluminous and the issues are varied.
