This appeal is from a judgment of the circuit court for the county of Marion, rendered in an action at law. The appellant sued the respondent in said circuit court to recover an alleged balance of $196.85, of money belonging to her, received by respondent from Mr. W. J. TIerren; also an alleged balance of $20.65 for money loaned and for the use of a harvester. • The respondent Idled an answer denying the indebtedness, and set up as a further answer that one Lakin S.
