Plaintiffs commenced this action against defendants, an investment advisor/securities broker and his firm, seeking damages for defendants’ alleged mismanagement of plaintiffs’ trust fund or account, including alleged “churning” of the fund and investment of it in a manner unsuited to plaintiffs’ needs and purposes.
