In this case the auditor general as plaintiff in a chancery proceeding to sell land for delinquent taxes appeals from an order entered in the circuit court' granting the landowner a rehearing, allowing further time for filing objections to the auditor general’s petition, and from the subsequent decree setting aside the tax.
