This action comes before the court on a Motion for Summary Judgment filed by Venture Industries Corporation (Venture).
This case was removed from the Macomb County Circuit Court to the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Michigan under the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 1452(a).
