HESTER, Judge:

Appellant, Frank Voss, was convicted by jury on September 30, 1981 of two counts of aggravated assault 1 , one count of robbery 2 , and one count of simple assault. 3 Post-verdict motions were argued and denied. Sentences of five to ten years were imposed for each count of aggravated assault, and five to ten years for the third count of robbery, for a total sentence of fifteen to thirty years, as the sentences were to be served consecutively.
