ORDER

CAUTHRON, District Judge.

This matter comes before the Court on cross-motions for summary judgment from defendant, Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company (Nationwide), and plaintiffs, Bertha and Richard Nichols and Chad Kilgore. Plaintiffs’ motion requests that this Court grant partial summary judgment on their behalf on the issues of whether uninsured motorist coverage provided by defendant covers their alleged loss, and whether the doctrine of res ipsa loquitur applies to their claim.
