This was a proceeding in the court below for partition of lands in which all the parties to the suit were interested. The adult defendants to the petition, who are plaintiffs in error in this court, employed counsel to represent them in the suit, who tiled an answer'in their behalf admitting the allegations of the petition. There was one minor defendant in the court below for whom the same counsel was appointed guardian ad litem.
