GLENN, District Judge.

This suit is brought against the defendant Southern Grocery Stores, a corporation chartered under the laws of Delaware, and two resident defendants. The defendant corporation chartered under the laws of Delaware operates a chain of stores situated much more to the South than the legal citizenship, and, so far as the operations are concerned, can truthfully be called “Southern Grocery Stores.” The resident defendants, Joye and Johnson, are alleged in the following words to be in charge of the store at Bennettsville for the Southern Grocery Stores corporation: “ * * *…
