Yaroslav Bodnaruk, a native and citizen of Ukraine, petitions for review of the Board of Immigration Appeals’ (“BIA”) final order of removal. For the reasons that follow, we will deny the petition.

Bodnaruk entered the United States in 2001 and was ultimately placed in removal proceedings for having entered the country without inspection. He conceded his removability and, in 2007, applied for asylum, withholding of removal, and relief under the Convention Against Torture (“CAT”).
