This is an appeal by the plaintiffs from a decree of the district court of Oklahoma county denying their prayer for injunctive relief against the Board of Regents and certain other officers of the University of Oklahoma, in an action in which the plaintiffs, whoi are students in the University of Oklahoma, sought to have the defendants enjoined from enforcing an order requiring the payment of a certain feie in the amount of $'2.50, the payment of which was required as a condition precedent to the enrollment of each ¡student in the University, and requiring the defendants to enroll the…
