ORDER

ROSENBAUM, District Judge.

A tragic motor vehicle accident, resulting in the death of a minor child, has given rise to a question of federal jurisdiction. The child lived and died in Minnesota. Al of the defendants are citizens of Minnesota. Plaintiff, the child’s father, is a citizen of Illinois who has been appointed trustee for the heirs of his son. The question presented is whether the father’s Illinois citizenship provides diversity jurisdiction in this Court.
