Petitioner seeks judicial review of an order of the Land Conservation and Development Commission (LCDC or the Commission) acknowledging the Marion County Comprehensive Plan to be in compliance with the statewide land use planning goals. For reasons fully explained in a companion case, Marion County v. Federation for Sound Planning, 64 Or App 226, 668 P2d 406 (1983), we reverse the order and remand the case to LCDC for further consideration.
