This is a bill in equity filed by Robert C. Yocum, plaintiff, against Citizens National Bank of Lewistown, trustee in two deeds of trust in the nature of mortgages, one a first mortgage securing $15,000 of bonds and the other a second mortgage securing $60,000 in bonds, praying for the specific performance of an alleged public sale by the trustee, of the real estate described in said mortgages, clear of all encumbrances, on June 6, 1936, to Robert C.
