Defendant was found guilty by a district court jury of one count of aggravated robbery and two counts of aggravated assault and was sentenced by the trial court to a maximum term of 1 to 20 years in prison for the robbery conviction with two additional but concurrent terms of 5 years each for the assault convictions.
