Before the Court are cross-motions for summary judgment. The dispute involves what the United States describes as a complex income tax evasion scheme dating back to 1993 involving a residential property in Narragansett, Rhode Island. With its Complaint pursuant to 26 U.S.C. § 7403 and instant motion, the United States seeks to foreclose on the property to satisfy a tax lien.
