This workers’ compensation claim involves a claim for permanent partial disability benefits in excess of permanent physical impairment. Appellant, Earnest Dale Lohman, suffered multiple injuries in a job-related accident on April 16, 2001, when he was working for appellee SSI, Inc., and fell twenty feet from a roof to the ground. The next day he underwent surgery consisting of an anterior cervical fusion with internal and external fixation, and several weeks later a posterior fusion with internal fixation was performed on the same area.
