This is an appeal on questions of law iron an order of the Court of Common Pleas, Division of Domesti Relations, modifying a former support and maintenance order for two minor children of the parties.

The plaintiff was granted a divorce from the defendant on March 28, 1949, custody of their children was awarded to her, and $100 per month fixed for their support. The defendant was served with summons and a copy of the petition when the action was instituted.
