Appellant Rodney Bunch was convicted by a jury in the Pulaski County Circuit Court of four counts of aggravated robbery, three counts of theft of property, and one count of first-degree sexual abuse. Appellant was convicted as a habitual offender and sentenced to a term of life imprisonment under the enhanced sentencing statute, codified at Ark. Code Ann. § 5-4-501 (d) (Repl. 1997).
