The above action was instituted September 7, 1954 to recover updn a judgment obtained in the State of Pennsylvania in favor *569of the plaintiff and against the defendant. Some five years elapsed before this application was made. The plaintiff is a banking corporation acting as executor and brings the action in its representative capacity.
