This is an appeal by the plaintiffs Patrick W. Cain (Patrick) and Airport Express, Inc. (Airport) 1 from a final judgment in an action against John G. Cain, Jr. (John), in which the plaintiffs sought (among other things) declaratory and injunctive relief, damages, and an accounting. The case was tried before a judge who filed “Findings, Rulings and Order for Judgment” (Mass. R.Civ.P. 52[a]). The evidence is reported.
