Before the Court are two applications filed by the Debtor to authorize the appointment of certain professionals in this recently filed Chapter 11 case: (1) Application to Employ Spector, Gadon & Rosen, P.C. (“Rosen” or “Rosen Firm”) as Special Counsel (“Rosen Application”); and (2) Application to Employ Zelenkofske Axelrod & Co., Ltd.
