Lovins, Judge:

G. R. Kelly and W. L. Kelly brought this action against Rainelle Coal Company, a corporation, in the Circuit Court of Greenbrier County, to recover damages for the alleged wilful mining and removal of coal belonging to the plaintiffs.

A jury trial resulted in a verdict for plaintiffs in the sum of $15,541.00. The trial court, after overruling motions to set aside the verdict and in arrest of judgment, rendered judgment for the amount of the verdict with interest thereon from the date of its rendition.
