Appellant was convicted of murder of the first degree and his punishment fixed at death by the jury. His appeal is from the judgment and from the order denying his motion for a new trial.
On October 16, 1951, an information was filed in the Sixth judicial district court of the State of Nevada in and for the county of Humboldt, charging the appellant, Domingo Echeverría, with the crime of murder.
