HAMLIN, Justice.
In the exercise of our supervisory jurisdiction, we directed certiorari to the Orleans Parish Juvenile Court for review of *499its judgments which placed the custody of Barbara Christopher Thoman, an eleven year old minor, with the Department of Public Welfare of the State of Louisiana, and ordered that she be placed through the Department in St. Elizabeth’s Childrens Home, 1314 Napoleon Avenue, New Orleans, Louisiana, for an indefinite period and until further orders of the court.1 Art. VII, Secs. 2 and 10, La.Const. of 1921.
