Two writs of error issued to tbe Court of Common Pleas of Wayne county—in a proceeding, in which an amicable action was instituted, and the following facts submitted, as a cáse statéd:— It is agreed that the above stated amicable action be entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Wayne county as of September term 1849, and that the following case be stated and considered in the nature of a special verdict—either party to be at liberty to sue out a writ of error.
