This is an appeal from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County affirming the decision of the Plymouth Township (Township) Personnel Beview Board sustaining appellant’s dismissal from the Township Police Department. We affirm.
From the opinion of the court of common pleas, we gather the following relevant facts, all supported by substantial evidence in the record.
