After a bench trial on stipulated facts, the circuit court convicted defendant of possession of less than 15 grams of a controlled substance (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1991, ch. 56½, par. 1402(b)). The court sentenced defendant to 24 months’ probation. Defendant appeals, contending that the court erred in denying his motion to "quash arrest and suppress evidence.
