Plaintiff Timothy P. McKelvey appeals the decision of the common pleas court granting summary judgment in favor of defendant Spitzer Motor Center, Inc. and overruling his motion for summary judgment. The plaintiff filed a complaint against the defendant alleging that the defendant breached its contract to pay him a bonus for the year 1982.
