Appellees, plaintiffs below, filed suit in the district court of Hunt eoun ty against appellant and C. E. Schaff, receiver of the Missouri, Kansas & Texas Kailway Company of Texas. The case was dismissed as to Schaff, hence no further mention will be made of that branch of the ease. Plaintiffs reached Celeste, a junction point between appellant and the Missouri, Kansas & Texas Railway Company, arriving about 4:12 p. m., intending to take a train on appellant’s line scheduled to arrive at 9:30 p. m.
