Appellants Rodrigo Buitrago (“Buitra-go”), Juan Jose Diaz (“Diaz”), Francisco Gonzalez (“Gonzalez”), David Santiago (“Santiago”), and Carmello Claudio (“Claudio”), appeal their convictions and sentences for several offenses relating to a cocaine conspiracy. Buitrago and Diaz were convicted of Count I, charging conspiracy to import cocaine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 963.
