TURNAGE, Judge.

Wayne Summers brought suit against the personal representative of Ernest L. Jenkins to obtain approval of a real estate sale by which Summers had contracted to purchase real estate from the guardian/conservators of Ernest L. Jenkins. The court entered judgment approving the sale and ordered the personal representative to execute a deed.

The personal representative appeals and contends the court had no authority to order her to complete a sale entered into by the guardians/conservators. Reversed.
