This is a habeas corpus case involving the application of a prisoner for determination of the legality of his detention in which he alleges he is illegally restrained of his liberty in violation of the Sixth and Fourteenth Amendments to the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of Georgia because he was not represented by counsel or advised of his constitutional right to counsel at the time he pled guilty to a felony under which sentence he is now being detained because of a promise by State officers that he would get a suspended sentence.
