ORDER
HAND, Senior District Judge.
These actions are before the court on the plaintiffs’ motions to remand to the Circuit Court of Mobile County.
Plaintiffs’ Joseph M. Beritiech and Glover Roberts, both Alabama domieiliaries, filed their complaints separately in circuit court. The defendants in Beritiech are Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, a New York corporation with its principal place of business in New York, and Joey Abston, a Metropolitan insurance agent in Mobile and an Alabama domiciliary.
