The complaint of plaintiff in this action, alleging that it is a Washington corporation engaged in the loan, brokerage, and real estate business in Seattle, and that defendants were associated together in a joint business enterprise in the transactions referred to in the complaint, and were and are partners for the purposes of those transactions, further alleged that, between June 28, 1912, and July 11, 1912, defendants employed plaintiff as a broker to negotiate the purchase in their behalf of 2,500 shares of the stock of the Arcade Building & Realty Company, which shares were then owned by…
