OPINION
BAKER, Judge.
Appellants-defendants Heritage Lake Property Owners Association, Inc., et al. (the Association) appeal the trial court's judgment in favor of appellee-plaintiff Kevin York, which determined that York was authorized to call for the removal of a director of the Association. In essence, the Association maintains that York was prohibited from requesting the removal of a director under its bylaws unless he could establish that there was just cause for the removal.
