PERRY, Judge.

This is an appeal from a judgment of conviction and sentence for felony eluding a *291police officer, I.C. § 49-1404, and a sentence enhancement for being a persistent violator, I.C. § 19-2514. We affirm.

PACTS AND PROCEDURE

Charles D. Miller was leaving a trailer park in Lewiston in his blue Toyota when he encountered a police officer in his patrol ear. The officer testified that the two vehicles met front bumper to front bumper at the entrance to the trailer park.
