KATHYE DAWSON et al. In this civil action, in May 2017 the trial court entered a bill of peace and perpetual injunction against the respondents-appellants. Respondent-appellant Alvin Kendall appealed that order, but this Court remanded the case for the trial court’s consideration of the petitioners-appellees’ motion to dismiss the appeal based on the failure to timely file the transcript.
