The plaintiff, Yehudit Nardi, brought suit in the Circuit Court of Lake County against the defendant, Haim Segal, for an arrearage of child support in the sum of $1,125, together with interest and reasonable attorney’s fees based upon a divorce decree entered by the Rabbinical Court of Tel-Aviv-Jaffa on May 12, 1963. On motion of the defendant to dismiss the complaint, the court found that it had no jurisdiction either of the parties or subject matter and ordered that the plaintiff’s complaint at law be dismissed and stricken.
